After creating a room, tap "ยทยทยท" in the top-right corner of the screen โ the management menu will open.
Tap "Room mode" โ this is where you choose voice or video format
Voice is for warm conversations and coziness; video is for energy and a lively audience reaction.
You talk through the microphone, and listeners can also raise their hand and join in to speak. Great for meeting people, chatting, and contests.
You're visible on screen โ viewers feel a livelier connection and give more gifts. Invite listeners onto video, play games, and stay actively engaged.
๐น How to unlock video mode: video requires a certain account level or prior hosting experience on other platforms. If you've streamed before, send your curator a screenshot of your room, and video streaming will be unlocked for you.
You can work with ๐๏ธ voice or ๐น video โ time at the microphone can bring an extra reward. Terms depend on whether you're a new host or already a regular one.
New hosts have a weekly task based on time at the microphone. The reward is tiered โ to reach each next tier, you need to meet both the hours condition and the income condition at the same time.

For regular hosts, the reward for each counted hour depends on rank. Rank is determined by income over the last 7 days โ the higher it is, the more you're paid per hour, and the more hours count.

A consistent stream time builds a habit for viewers to keep coming back to you specifically.
A viewer who was noticed even for a small gift will come back and give more next time.
