All you need to get started is to invite 3 new hosts. After that, you become an agent partner and can invite hosts and agents to your own team.
The stronger your team's results, the higher your agent rank and commission rate. When a partner you invited builds a team of their own, you receive the difference between your rank and that partner's rank โ up to 5 tiers down.
Your agent rank is A (24%), and your direct partner's rank is D (12%).
24% โ 12% = 12%
This commission difference is what you earn on the income of that partner's team.
The tier-2 partner's rank is D (12%), and the rank of their own partner is E (8%).
12% โ 8% = 4%
The commission difference keeps accruing at every tier of the structure.
When a host becomes a partner, they don't leave your team โ they stay both a host and a partner. You keep earning commission on their personal income as well as on the team they build.
On the income of every host in your team โ woman or man โ you earn 8โ24%, depending on your agent rank.
